How to update the phone number linked to your Melbet payout account: what to send to support and why the change can't be made automatically.
The phone number linked to your payout account is changed through support — by sending a request via email.
The number is used when logging into the account and when withdrawing funds, to receive OTP codes. This is why the number can’t be changed automatically and can only be updated through support — to prevent unauthorized access to the account.
The new phone number must not be linked to any other gaming account in the system — if the number is already in use on another account, the request will be rejected.
Instructions for Changing Your Phone Number on the Payout Account
To change your phone number, write to support@melbetaffiliates.com — only from the email registered in the affiliate program — and include:
- Your aff ID.
- Your payout account ID.
- The current phone number on the payout account.
- The new phone number.
- The reason for the change (for example: lost phone, number no longer serviced by the carrier, SIM card number changed).
Wait for a reply from support — this usually takes at least 5 business days.
