How to Change Your Email in the Melbet Affiliate Program
How to change the email address linked to your Melbet affiliate account: required documents, evidence needed, and what to send to support.
Email is the primary identifier and access point to your personal affiliate account, so the process of changing your email can be significantly difficult.
If you’ve lost access to your email, we strongly recommend first trying to recover access on your own — through the password recovery process. This usually works through security questions, a backup email, or a phone number linked to your mailbox.
Melbet does not change email addresses without good reason. You’ll need to provide evidence that you no longer have access to the email address used at registration (screenshots of correspondence with your email provider’s support, or other confirming information).
Instructions for Changing Your Email in the Affiliate Account
To change your email, write to support@melbetaffiliates.com and include:
- Your current email in full.
- The phone number you specified when registering your affiliate account.
- Screenshots of your affiliate account.
- Documents confirming your identity.
- Links to your traffic source.
Wait for a reply from support — this usually takes at least 5 business days.
