Team Lead (Limassol, Cyprus)
International iGaming company is looking for a Team Lead to manage and grow our affiliate team.
Responsibilities
Looking for new partners
Daily assistance to partners with their affiliate account
Monitor, track and evaluate affiliate marketing activities
Notifying partners about new promotions and providing promos to players
Recruit, train, and onboard new affiliate managers
Lead and support the team's day-to-day work
Regularly monitor team performance against KPIs
Identify new promotion methods and launch campaigns with partners
Prepare regular team performance reports
Requirements
3+ years of experience in iGaming as an Affiliate Manager or Team Lead
Confirmed, proven track record of results — required
Experience managing a team of 3+ people is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of KPIs and affiliate marketing metrics
Ability to work independently and remotely
Fluent English (C1 level required)
